Our sweet pastry is Seriously Good in these mince pies and works brilliantly with the luxury mincemeat we use. Each mince pie is shallow giving them the perfect balance of mincemeat to pastry, they are then finished with a sprinkle of caster sugar. Although there are no nuts in the recipe we are unable to guarantee nut free as we do have nuts in our bakery and the recipe does contain Wheat Flour.

The box holds four mince pies so can be bought as a perfect little gift whether it be for a teachers present at Christmas or to take around to a friends house with a bottle of mulled wine. Each mince pie is placed into an individual foil and then they are sealed into a pack of four and placed into the box. They then add a vintage style sleeve.

Pastry(50%) : wheat flour, vegetable oil, margarine( vegetable oils and fats, water, salt, emulsifier e475, colours, e100, e160b, flavourings), sugar, raising agent, e450, e500, water. mincemeat(50%) : dried vine fruit (30%), sultanas, raisins, currants, apple, glucose syrup, candied peel (4%) ( orange peel, lemon peel, fructose syrup, salt.), mixed spice, colour : natural caramel (e150a), orange oil, lemon oil, acidity regulator, acetic acid (e260).
