This delicious soya dessert is a healthy alternative to dairy custard, with a delicate and natural vanilla flavour. It is naturally free from lactose and gluten, and low in fat. It can be used on its own as a dessert, or poured on puddings, and can be enjoyed hot or cold. We use French soya beans exclusively, and the raw sugar is extacted from organically grown sugar cane.
