Our delicious enchiladas are made from a genuine Mexican recipe handed down through three generations of chefs at one of San Francisco's finest Mexican restaurants. We start with fresh corn tortillas, fill them with a medley of vegetables, black beans and tofu accented by olives and peppers, then cover them with a traditional Mexican sauce made from tomatoes.
