www.littlevegan.com (the “Website”) is operated by or on behalf of Little Vegan, a company registered in England under company number 11207370 and its principal place of business at Unit 1, York Yard, Derby Street, Preston, PR1 1DT ("we", "us", "our", “Little Vegan”). These are the general terms and conditions of LittleVegan.com governing your use of the Site.
1. What you are allowed to do
1.1 purchase goods from the Shop, provided you accept the Terms of Sale, which will apply to any contract made between you and LittleVegan.com for the purchase and sale of goods from the Shop. These terms are outlined in Section 2 below;
1.2 browse the Shop using a compatible web browser. Permission to browse the Shop includes permission to make transient or cached copies of parts of the Shop to the extent that this occurs in the normal course of using your browser and that these copies are used only to facilitate current or subsequent access to the Shop by you;
2. What you are not allowed to do
2.1 you may not remove or change anything on the Shop;
2.2 you are not allowed to copy or use any material from the Shop for any commercial purpose, unless permission has been indicated on the Site in connection with a Creative Commons License.
2.3 you are not allowed to remove or change any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights notices contained in the original material or from any material copied or printed off from the Shop.

4.1 If you want to purchase something from the Shop, we will ask you to register an account with us. During registration, you will be asked to provide your email address and password, which you can use to make a purchase;
4.3 In the event of any failure or error in the operation of a password(s), you shall cease using the password(s) and exit the Shop immediately, and notify LittleVegan.com of such failure or error.
5.1 LittleVegan.com may suspend the operation of the Site for repair or maintenance work or in order to update or upgrade the contents or functionality of the Shop from time to time. Access to or use of the Shop or pages linked to it will be not necessarily be uninterrupted or error free;

7. General and governing law
7.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between LittleVegan.com and you and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, statements and understandings between LittleVegan.com and you regarding the use of the Site. You agree that you have not relied upon any representation or statement not recorded in these Conditions in entering into this Agreement.
7.3 The failure of LittleVegan.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement or the delay by LittleVegan.com in so doing shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
7.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any dispute arising therefrom.
8. Return of goods policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products, so that we can remedy the issue. Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that items may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item ordered, just return it within 30 days of receipt, please also include your customer advice note so we can identify you and understand your reason for return. When we receive your refunded item(s) we will issue a refund or send you a replacement. Items returned under LittleVegan.com's policy must be unopened, in a resalable condition, in the original packaging with any packaging, seals and shrink-wrap intact.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are only able to replace identical products, so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order.
When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, please allow up to two weeks of our receiving your return for this to reach you.
9. Collections & Deliveries
Collection is within the nominated time only. The unit is closed outside of these times, and you would have to wait until the following day.
Order before 10:00am for same day collection.
For orders through the Shop, we work to protect the security of your payment information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
The Site uses reasonable security methods to protect the personal data (e.g., contact details) that resides on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable. LittleVegan.com cannot warrant or guarantee the security of its or its partners' servers, nor can it guarantee that information that Shop Users supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to LittleVegan.com or its partners over the Internet.
When you register to purchase products on the Shop, you will be asked provide your email and password. You must keep your passwords confidential and must not disclose it to or share it with anyone. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your login details for the Shop. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
We want to be completely open and transparent with how your data is used and give you control over what we do with it. We are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on 25th May 2018.
- Your information belongs to you, so you have control over it and you should be comfortable with everything that we do with your information.
- We will be clear and open with the information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.
- We will only collect, keep, use and share your information for genuine business purposes which you have not objected to and where we are legally require to do so.
- Security of data is highly important to us; we take all appropriate steps to ensure your data is safe with us and regularly review policies and practices.
What information we store on you
We store your personal details such as your name, email, phone number and postal address details.
We do not sell data – at no point will we sell your personally identifiable information – including your name, address, e-mail address, or credit card information - to any third party.
Order history and communications
We keep a record of all of your previous orders. This data must be held for accounting purposes and also to help with any queries you have on your previous purchases, deliveries etc.
When we process orders a fraud review is automatically conducted. Payments are processed by either Stripe or PayPal (dependant on customer choice). For the purpose of processing the payment securely your name, address and order details are passed onto the relative payment processor. When ordering with your credit or debit card we do not see or store your full card details, these are processed by Stripe or PayPal.
How long we keep your information for
For the purposes stated above we will keep your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services to you.
If legally required or if it is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms and Conditions, we may also retain some of your information for a limited period of time as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the Services to you.
You have the right to see what personal data we hold about you.
Should you wish to obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or information on how it is being used, you may do so by submitting a request in one of the following ways:

We will respond to any request for such information in a prompt manner, without any undue delay and within one month of receipt.
Please be aware that in some circumstances it may be necessary for you to provide us with more information so we can correctly confirm your identity matches that of the subject access request.
There is no fee for submitting a subject access request. However, excessive requests will be subject to a reasonable fee for the administrative costs of complying with the request.
You also have the right to request at any time to have any inaccurate personal information we hold about you rectified.
Your right to be forgotten
You have the right to have some of the personal data held on you removed. If you would like your information removed please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note there are some exceptions to this where we must adhere to legal compliance, for example we have to keep financial information for at least six years. We can also retain information to comply with a legal obligation or for the prevention of fraud.
